DIY Relaxing Lavender Bath Salts – unwind and relax while bathing in a nice warm lavender infused bath

There is nothing better than a nice warm bath after a long cold winter day at work. But baths are not just good for relaxing and unwinding, they are therapeutic and health-promoting. They help relax your muscles and also pull toxins out of your body. So, warm baths are really good for boosting the immune system and calming tens nerves. And the best thing is making your own bath salts is really easy.

Relaxing Lavender Bath Salts

All you need are these ingredients:

  • ½ cup epsom salt
  • ½ cup sea salt
  • ¼ cup baking soda
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil
  • 1 handful lavender petals (optional)

Ingredients - Lavender Bath Salts

Instructions: Blend all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spoon into decorative, airtight jar.

Preparation time: 5 min

To use: Place a scoop (¼ cup) in your bath water and enjoy a nice warm relaxing lavender bath.
